We received this Trikonasana from Troy who lives in the Triangle region of Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill of the US. Our Trikonasanas are usually from students at our center but we are glad to receive triangles from other yoga practitioners as well :)

Pavica in front of Mendenhall Glacier, Alaska. It is rapidly melting and receding. October, 2010.The triangle below is in Iceland, June, 2010. Pavica is engulfed in steam and sulphur fumes on a lava flow. Nethertheless she felt a triangle coming on!

Lynnette, July 2010, at the summit of Mount Fuji, with the crater and the highest peak in Japan visible in

the background. Lynnette writes"Trikonasana was difficult because of the terrain and the cold".

Lynnette accomplishes Utthita Trikonasana (with the help of the walking stick) on the way down from the summit via a massive field of ash called Osunabashiri.

Howzit? I miss yoga classes! Even though I try to do yoga on my own everyday, it's not the same.
